I posses a set of WeatherTechs in one of my off-roading vehicles. There are a few things that I do not enjoy. Therefore I was open to trying a new set of all-weather rubber mats. Then I was reading through a 4Runner forum when I came across a gentleman who spoke highly of the product and recommended purchasing a set. I had no true expectations other than curiosity.
How Lasfit Floor Mats Suprised Me?
My first experience with the mats was an initial impression of them being cheaply produced. After further examination I found that I was quite satisfying with the material, durability, and fit within my 4Runner.
I am highly satisfied with the texture and touch of the Lasfit mats. What I enjoyed most about my initial steps on the mats was they were soft as if already broken in. This provides a comfortable location for resting my feet during long road trips.
The coverage is one of the things that I enjoy most of the Lasfit mats. They are pushed to every edge covering all of the floor space where carpet is located. The smooth roll off edges make for a quick sweep for ease of cleaning.
The top three things that I love about my Lasfit mats are: 1) How well they fit inside my vehicle 2) The soft and comfortable texture and material they are comprised of 3) How easy they are to clean off following a day of mudding!
My Story with Floor Mats.
My daily commuting consists of 84 miles a day to from work on Monday - Friday. On the weekends I tend to do more recreational off-roading.
And I live in MN, so all weather mats are a necessity in the winter due to all of the snow we get and the salt they use on the roads here in the winter. The salt gets on your feet, melts in the car and is absorbed by the carpet where it crystallizes back into salt as a white residue.
One of the things I enjoy most of Lasfit floor mats is how easily I can clean them off in a matter of minutes. I maintain a soft bristle broom from an old broom that I had in my house. I use this after removing the mats and dumping them off for a more thorough cleaning.
Basically we're protected on the carpet. We have the door sill protector. We also have this kick pad protected now. And pretty much everywhere that you put your feet on is going to be protected by Lasfit. Everything fits perfectly and now the car actually looks newer again. So there are no scratches on our trim anymore. If you had your Tesla for a long time already, and this part is already scratched, you could probably get this door sill protector so that it looks new again. Or if you just got a new car, you could use this to protect it from getting scratched. It's good for both worlds.
One of the main purposes to have these mats is to protect the rear seats of your car. And you know it doesn't matter if you're picking them up soil, or you're picking up plants. You want to make sure that the back of your car is covered. If something does spill onto these rear covers, they're easy to clean. All you have to do is take it out, wipe it or hose it down, and put it back in. They look great. Installation was easy. And it works 100%.
This trunk mat is pretty cool. I actually like how it looks and actually matches the floor mats. As you can see right here. And now we have full coverage with Lasfit floor liners. The floor mat is doing its job, just fine. It fits really well and looks good overall. Just a great set of floor mats.
