Where We Ship

Lasfit ships products to all U.S. states for free, however for products like floor mats, trunk organizers, light bars, custom bracket, jump starter, and Tesla accessories, we do not ship to the address below:
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. Box address.

Shipping Methods

Lasfit currently uses USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship your order.
For products like floor mats, trunk organizers, light bars, custom bracket, jump starter, and Tesla accessories, we will use FedEx or UPS.
If you need to specify a carrier, please send us an EMAIL to get support.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. This allows you to track your package in real-time and stay updated on its delivery status.
Here are the estimated delivery time for reference:

● USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days)

● Holidays, weather conditions or local events may cause delays on shipping

Tracking Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. This allows you to track your package in real-time and stay updated on its delivery status.
If the package is lost or you don't receive your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
● We could not process the refund for the lost package, but we can ship another package to you instead.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why my shipment does not move?
The shipping may delay because of the high volume of shipments during holiday season, weather conditions or local events. Please contact us for support if carrier lost your package, or you haven't received your order in 14 days.

2. Can I have the order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but only through the United States Postal Services (USPS).
And for products like floor mats, trunk organizers, light bars, custom bracket, jump starter, and Tesla accessories, we NOT ship to P.O. box address , please provide a physical address.

3. Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Sometimes, your order will be shipped in multiple packages using multiple tracking numbers (depending on product availability). Due to the separate shipments, you may receive them on different days.

4. Can I change the shipping address after the order is placed?
If the order hasn't been shipped out, the shipping address can be changed, please contact us to correct the address if it is needed.
If the order has been shipped out, the shipping address can't be changed, please contact us for support, we will help you to receive the package.
