My Order

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. This allows you to track your package in real-time and stay updated on its delivery status.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Absolutely, you can edit or cancel the order by emailing cs@lasfit.com as long as the order hasn't been shipped.

How can I change the shipping address?

You can reach out to our customer service team by emailing cs@lasfit.com to change the address.
Please note that if the order has been shipped, the shipping address can't be changed.

I just ordered online, but I am unsure my order went through. How can I be sure?

An order confirmation email will be sent after placing your order. If you don't receive the email, please reach out to our customer service team for support.

Shipping

What are the shipping times?

Generally, our shipping times are between 2-7 business days after the order leaves our warehouse in California.
(Holidays, weather conditions or local events may cause delays on shipping)

Will my order ship in multiple packages?

Sometimes, your order will be shipped in multiple packages using multiple tracking numbers (depending on product availability). Due to the separate shipments, you may receive them on different days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately, Lasfit could only ship to United States (Domestic shipment) at the moment.
If you‘re from Canada, you can place the order from our Authorized Dealer on Amazon.ca.

 Can I have the order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Yes, but only through the United States Postal Services (USPS).
And for products like floor mats, trunk organizers, light bars, custom bracket, jump starter, and Tesla accessories, we DO NOT ship to P.O. box address, please provide a physical address.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer a military discount, and here is the discount code: MTY10.

Do you charge sales tax? How much is sales tax?

Sales tax will be calculated for you at checkout, based on your shipping address.
Tax Exempt customers need to email us in order to have the tax removed from their order. You will be asked to show your valid Tax Exempt certificate in order to be set up and have any future orders processed.
