Return The Items and Get A Refund or Exchange Step by Step

  • Submit a request
  • Ship it back (Return label will be provided for a selected reason)
  • Receive refund or replacement (Once the return items are received/ on its way back to the merchant your refund/ replacement will be shipped within 2 business days)
  • NOTE: Our refund does not cover installation cost, labor cost, diagnostics tracking service, or any other expense unrelated to the products.

    Return & Refund Policy for LED Bulb

    • We have a 90-days hassle-free return and refund policy for elite club members.
    • We have a 45-days hassle-free return and refund policy for non-elite club members.
    • If you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 45 days of your purchase, a return shipping label or return address will be emailed to you.
    • Return label will be provided for the quality issue and compatibility issue only. The reason for return is not a result of Lasfit error, return shipping costs will be responsible by the customer.
    • Please email back and update the return tracking number if the customer returns the item by using the return address (not a return label) so that we could track the order and make sure you get the refund, exchange item or replacement.
    • We provide USPS label for small package and UPS or FedEx label for a large package.
    • Return shipping label should be used within 30 days.
    • Please allow 1 to 7 business days to receive the refund on your credit card statement.
    • We do not refund the shipping fee.
    • For warranty returns passed the 45 days, please call or email us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support.

    Return & Refund Policy for Floor Mat

    If you need to return one of our products, please return it to the place of purchase. Only products purchased directly from our Lasfit store in Ontario, California or from this website lasfit.com can be returned directly from us. As far as all warranty claims regardless of original purchase location, it will be handled by our California office.

    • We have a 45-days hassle-free return and refund policy for non-elite club members.
    • Return label will be provided for the quality issue and compatibility issue only. 
    • If you request an RMA within 45 days of your purchase, a return shipping label/return address will be emailed to you.
    • For quality and compatibility issues, please take a picture and send it to our customer service team.
    • Return label should be used within 30 days.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for refund to be processed and refunded to your account.
