How to Install The Pro-G2 LED Bulb on Passat?
- Step 1: Open the hood. The stock halogen bulb is located near the outer edge of the housing. The H11 bulb is located near the middle of the stock housing.
- Step 2: Reach in behind the stock assembly and remove the rubber dust cap.
- Step 3: Rotate the grey plastic halogen H7 bulb holder/adapter and turn counterclockwise before pulling it out of the housing.
- Step 4: Reinsert the new LASFIT LED bulb into the housing and secure it in place.
- Step 5: Put the rubber dust cap back in to place. Test the new light bulbs by turning on the lights.

Installation was simple. Bulbs create so much more lighting for my son at night.
The upgrade from halogen to l.e.d. Light bulbs is definitely a game changer. Night and day difference to say the least. Considering my car is a 2013 VW Passat. Bulbs are awesome and very bright, don’t hesitate to get these Lasfit lights they work and are very easy to install. Only minor issue I had upon delivery is one bulb didn’t work but I talked to customer service and they sent me a replacement hopefully this one works. Other than that this is a great product.
I haven't had these but for a couple of days but so far I like them. Easily so much brighter than the stock halogens. I can't really say much about the beam color itself as my lights are tinted green but these shine nicely through even that. Installation was a breeze. I've looked at many types of lights and for the Passat, I do believe that these are the only drop in replacement upgrade. No extra adapters or wires needed.
Lights look great, are nice and bright. Much better than stock. Problem is that they burnt out in 53 weeks, just after the warranty expired. I assume they have some internal timer to burn out right after the warranty expires. $100 every year for headlight bulbs, I dont think they are worth it.
