If you're here, perhaps your car light bulb is H7, which comes with a retainer holder. The retainer holder is to lock the H7 halogen bulb on the housing. You're looking for a suitable LED bulb for your car, or a retainer adapter to install an LED bulb. Generally, in many models for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, and Audi, the bulb is H7 and come with a special retainer holder. What's more, there are various different original retainer holders. Usually, those adapters are universal type, which is applicable for after-market LED bulbs or HID bulbs.
But, these universal-type adapters do not fit the LED bulb perfectly, so it is hard to install LED bulbs and adapters on light housing, some LED bulbs even can't lock firmly on the factory housing socket.

Light output is amazing! I had an issue with the bright indicator being on anytime the low beams were on. I contacted support and they sent me decoders that took care of the issue. Thank you!
The installation could not have been easier The adapter went right in, locked and didn’t move. Light distribution is excellent.
The ease of install is so much better than a highly touted brand.
My lady had a hard time driving at night especially with those yellow halogen lights. Decided to switch it to led and let me tell you she loves driving at night now. Super bright low and high beams and got the front turn signal lights too. Definitely highly recommend, give this product a try and you'll thank them.
The driver side low beam was very difficult to lock in. I had to unscrew the metal piece and adjust it. The dashboard error light comes on immediately for the high beams. The same happens with the lowbeams after a few minutes. I understood that not to be an issue with the pro series. Other than that,they are ok.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and would like to clarify the situation as follows:
1. These Pro-MB1-N bulbs are customized headlight bulbs for a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, which can be directly installed.
For the driver-side low beam issue, we suggest that you can rotate the whole bulb clockwise till it's locked under two screws like the screenshot below shows.

2. German cars like VW will have a more picky computer.
The computer will tell the LED bulb's power draw is lower than the stock halogen bulb, so it may throw a code.
This issue will happen on all the LED bulbs in the market and need the canbus decoders to fix it.
To make sure you can use the LED bulbs without a problem earlier, we will send the decoders right away and expedite the shipping via USPS priority mail.
We also followed up with you through our customer support email cs@lasfit.com.

I purchased the pro series H7 for my 2021 VW GTI, these bulbs are bright and white, y come with the adapter/retainer, this is a noticeable difference from OEM, unfortunately one went out but Wendy at las fit was able to help me warranty my product very smoothly, she had great customer service and Even did a follow up to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of, I try to use las fit as much as possible, thanks to las fit and Wendy, I will continue to support las fit
