Bed mat is very thin and difficult to get it into shape after taking it out of the box.

The thickness of this bed mat has been carefully designed to balance durability, flexibility, and overall performance. Although it may appear thin externally, the internal structure is thoughtfully designed to provide excellent weight support and ensure long-term use.
Regarding the fitment issue, the bed mat is folded in the box, which may result in deformed during storage and transportation.
We recommend leaving the bed mat on a flat surface and exposing it to direct sunlight for one day (or two days if not in direct sunlight) to help restore its original shape.
