For H7 bulb size equipped Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen, upgrading your factory bulbs is not a plug and play process. There are a few reasons for this.

1. H7 bulbs need a special vehicle specific adapter to get the LED bulbs locked in place. But most companies sell you a universal-fit bulb with extra universal adapter that doesn’t work well. The fitment is bad enough that we’ve gotten reports that LED bulbs will fall out of the light housing.

How to Convert Halogen to LEDs

For these custom H7 LED light bulbs, please check if the adapter is horizontal when you feel difficult to install the bulbs (check video).

2021 Tiguan SE R Line Headlights

I bought these led headlights and at first it was a little hard to install but I figured It out, let me tell you these lights are super good quality no error codes or nothing and they are super bright! I just Ordered my fog lights as well! Definitely highly recommend!

LOVE THESE for my VW Tiguan 2020

If you have OCD about your headlights and driving lights being different colors like me, these are perfect! They match the driving lights perfectly and offer a wayyyy better distance than the original stock halogen bulbs. They’re way brighter but still completely street legal! Very happy with my purchase and they came quickly! Also love that they have YouTube videos on how to install them catered to your exact model of car! Was great because they were a little trickier to install for someone who doesn’t know much about cars. 10/10!
