Great fit, stubborn seam

I have a 2022 chevy Equinox LT, since it just came with carpet floor mats I decided to order ones that were custom fit and gave good protection, they fit great, it needs a couple more strips of velcro on the upper left corner of the piece for the back of the passenger side back seat, rest of the velcro seems to be really strong, reason I gave it 3 stars is because it is packed and shipped in a smaller box so the cargo area mat comes folded in half and I cannot get that crease out, I spent a day with weight on it and then I flipped it over and put weight on it for a day again but that crease just will not go away, if not for that single issue then I would give it 5 stars

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the packaging and condition of the cargo mat you received. We’ve already shared your feedback with our factory to improve future packaging.
If the mat is only pressed down with weight inside the vehicle, the result may not be as effective. We recommend leaving the cargo mat in direct sunlight for 1-2 days, with weights evenly distributed on top. The heat from the sun can help relax the material and allow the crease to gradually smooth out.

I love them!

I cleaned my floors and put the mats and the cargo mat in and they look awesome! I love them and I have grandkids so if something gets spilled or getting in and out in the snow, the floors will be kept clean and dry.
