What Are Custom-Made LED Headlight Bulbs?

Custom-made LED headlight bulbs are designed to fit the exact dimensions of specific headlight housings. Lasfit’s Pro-DC Series is custom-made, and each kit includes one pair of bulbs and matching dust covers.

The 3rd-generation custom-made LED headlight bulbs are currently available for the following vehicles:

Cooling System

A One-of-a-Kind Dual Heat Dissipation System

The Pro-DC Series features a unique cooling design powered by two fans—one at the base of the bulb and another built into the dust cover. This dual system prevents overheating and extends the lifespan of your headlights.

  • Dual Heat Pipes

    The Pro-DC’s dual heat pipes rapidly absorb heat from the LEDs, reduce it through a condenser process, and transfer it efficiently to the fans. This highly effective thermal pathway maximizes cooling performance.

  • Cooling Fan 1

    12,000 RPM Cooling Fan

    At the base of each bulb is a large 1.18-inch, 12,000 RPM fan that pushes heat out quickly and continuously, keeping the system stable even under long operation.

    Fan Inside the Dust Cover

    A breakthrough you won’t find elsewhere: an integrated dust-cover fan that works in tandem with the bulb’s base fan to create a true dual-fan cooling system. Heat is then expelled through the vent on the dust cover for optimal thermal control.

Plug-and-Play Installation

Precision measurements of the factory headlight housing make installing the Pro-DC Series effortless.

    Step 1: Remove the dust cover and take out the factory halogen bulb.

  • Pro DC install step2

    Step 2: Unplug the halogen connector and replace it with the LED connector.

  • Pro DC install step3

    Step 3: Insert the LED bulb, then tuck the wires and driver into the housing.

    Step 4: Put the built-in-fan dust cover back on.
