What Defines a Tailored Floor Mat for Ram 1500?

1. Cab Types: Crew Cab/ Quad Cab

First, the door configuration. The 2019-2024 RAM 1500 currently comes in two door types:

It’s easy to see from the images: the door type affects the length of the rear floor mats.

If Crew Cab floor mats is used in a Quad Cab, the rear section will bunch up and wrinkle, potentially interfering with seat movement.

Conversely, if Quad Cab floor mats is used in a Crew Cab, the rear threshold area will be exposed, allowing dirt and debris to invade the carpet layer.

Thus, producing vehicle-specific mats tailored to the door configuration is crucial.

2. Rear Underseat Storage: With/ Without Storage

We noticed common issues with many floor mats on the market: they tend to slide around and curl at the edges.

Determined to make a change in the floor mat market, we devoted ourselves to relentless thinking, exploration, and testing. The result: our mats feature anti-slip nibs and fastener. The TPE material and placement of these anti-slip nibs were carefully calculated and designed—they are not merely decorative additions.

However, this also means our mats are specifically designed for carpet floors (surfaces with a soft, fibrous fabric appearance). For vinyl floors (smooth surfaces, matte or glossy, with neat-edged tile or sheet layouts), our anti-slip nibs and anchors may not function as intended. For our customers' benefit, we do not recommend installing floor mats for vinyl floors.

Having addressed the seating area, we turned our attention to the bed liner.

We discovered that the Ram 1500 bed comes in two sizes (5.5' and 6.5'), so we designed specific bed mat for each size.

When developing the bed mat, we adhered to our original aspiration of achieving 100% perfect fit. We designed it to follow the contours of the vehicle body closely. We even deliberately avoided designing a "smooth" bottom surface for the liner, even though it might have looked more aesthetically pleasing that way. Instead, we prioritized practicality above all else. By aligning with the grooves and depressions of the truck bed itself, we ensured the liner integrates seamlessly with the vehicle, thereby make sure the bed mat non slip

5. Tailgate Mat: Standard Tailgate/Multifunction Tailgate/Power Tailgate

After finalizing the bed liner design, we identified an aspect that most manufacturers frequently overlook—the tailgate pad. In most people's perception, this area isn't meant to be stepped on, so designing a protective mat for it might seem unnecessary. However, we keenly observed this often-overlooked need: when people are loading items like bicycles, motorcycles, lumber, or camping gear—hard and heavy objects—these can easily scratch the tailgate's paint or even cause dents. A tailgate mat effectively preventing such damage. Therefore, we proceeded to design different tailgate pads tailored to variations in tailgate designs.
