On Jul 25, 2025, the Email That Started It All


Jeff reached out to us with a straightforward exchange request: he’d accidentally ordered the wrong rear floor mats for his GMC Sierra. While his front liners and truck bed mat fit perfectly — something he happily noted — he realized the rear mats were meant for a model without under-seat storage. His truck had it; the mats didn’t quite match.


Our Response: Make It Right, No Questions Asked


Considering he needed the floor mats protecting the front row, Vichan exchanged the correct mats right away to his address in Texas and made sure he got the correct mats for the rear as early as possible.


But we didn’t stop there.


Vichan also asked for his help: What made the product page confusing? Was it the fitment note? The images? We wanted to learn — so no one else would face the same confusion.


Jeff’s Reaction: More Than Just Gratitude


Jeff was grateful — not only for the quick fix, but for how easy we made it.


He confirmed the fitment issue was due to a personal mistake, having mistakenly clicked the product option of "Without storage", so the rear liners are too long.

After receiving the correct mats on 2025 Jul. 31, Jeff didn’t just enjoy a perfect fit — he took the time to leave not one, but two glowing 5-star reviews.


On the product page for the GMC Sierra Floor Mats, he wrote:
