Does this dash cam support Parking Mode?

Yes. With the Hardwire Kit, sold separately, the dash cam supports Impact Detection and Time-Lapse Parking Mode. In Impact Detection Mode, the camera wakes up and records when a collision is detected. In Time-Lapse Mode, it records continuously at a lower frame rate and automatically powers off when the preset recording time or low-voltage protection threshold is reached.

What is the warranty period?

The dash cam includes a standard 18-month warranty.

Can I remotely view my vehicle with the 4G feature?

Yes. Add the 4G Cloud Box and Smart Hardwire Kit, sold separately, to access remote live view, vehicle status, photo downloads, collision alerts, and other remote features through the app.

Does it support Spanish or French?

Yes. The default language is English, but you can switch to Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, and other supported languages in the settings.

What accessories do I need?

For Parking Mode, you will need the Hardwire Kit. For remote 4G features, you will need the 4G Cloud Box and a compatible data plan. A 128GB high-speed microSD card is recommended for daily recording.

Can it capture license plates clearly at night?

The high-performance image sensor, HDR/WDR, and night vision technology help improve image clarity and reduce headlight glare for better nighttime recording. Results may vary depending on vehicle speed, lighting, weather, distance, and camera positioning.

Will Parking Mode drain my car battery?

When installed with the Hardwire Kit, built-in low-voltage protection automatically cuts power when the vehicle battery reaches the preset threshold, helping prevent excessive battery drain.
