Q1: What’s the difference between T-Series and T3-Series lights ?

These back-up lights took me about 5 minutes to install, for both of them. Super-easy plug & play direct replacement installation. BIG difference in light temperature and illumination. These photos are before/after taken in the daylight.
Unfortunately bulbs didn't make it a year lasted only 8 months before one of them went out. Still waiting for replacement as new model was to come out but no word yet on the replacement. They were great while they lasted.

The T3-WT21W bulbs are only for the reverse lights of your truck, it seems that you installed installed them as rear turn signal/brake/tail light bulbs.
Unfortunately, we don't have these T3 series red light bulbs available anymore, which means we're unable to send the replacement bulbs at the moment.
The new version may be available in 2-3 months, we will send the package and update the tracking number as soon as they are in stock.
