The tailgate mat is of great design and fits like a glove. The problem was with the installation instructions. They did not include instructions on removing the plastic push rivets that you need to remove and reinstall. The online help was of no help. I figured it out on my own with no help from company help.

To remove and reinstall the plastic push rivets, you can follow below steps:
1. Use a flat-head screwdriver to gently pry under the edge of the plastic push rivet until the center pin loosens.
2. Once the pin is released, pull out the entire rivet.
3. Place the mat in the correct position on the tailgate and aligning all the holes, reinsert the plastic rivets into the holes and press down firmly with your palm until you hear a 'click' — this means they’re securely installed.

Came in a box folded up. Unfolded in the driveway and let it sit in the sun for an hour. Looked amazing. Put it in the truck bed. Laid flat and tight as OJ Simpsons glove.
