Bright and fast shipping

Got to give it up for fast and quick services. I started out with replacing my truck with interior lights and it was bright! Along with it decided to change most of exterior lights out as well. I did run into a hickup with one of the 3rd brake light one of the 2 was not lighting up. Emailed customer service and within a week i got a new package in the mail. Very easy to deal with and fast and their lights are bright!

I found reviews and people all over the internet saying these work on Chevy trucks, and watched videos of them working, even on my specific 2018 Colorado, but they don’t. So I called to see if the company has a work around, or a compatible product, and their customer service rep Lewis was unhelpful and difficult. I gave him every opportunity, but couldn’t communicate with the guy at all. All I ask for is clear, honest communication. If you don’t have a product for Chevy truck owners, fine, but when I give you a chance to offer a simple explanation or solution, and the tech support sounds like they don’t have a clue, we’ll that’s when I lose all respect for your business. This can’t be the first time this has come up, and they should have clear advice for truck owners, or at least know of a product out there that works. Guess I’ll just go back to factory bulbs for now.
