I was personally unable to get these to fit in my car's headlight assembly. While I was disappointed that I was unable to install them, the customer service team was extremely kind and helpful. Based on that alone I am giving them 3 stars. I see other people having success with these lights, so it could be an issue I was unable to solve on my own.

While the Pro-MB2 bulbs are designed as replacements for H7 halogen bulbs with specific adapters, variations in vehicle models and setups can sometimes lead to compatibility issues.
Typically, if the factory halogen bulb can be installed, our Pro-MB2 bulbs should also be compatible. However, some vehicles may present challenges with the mounting bracket angle, affecting the fit of the Pro-MB2 bulb.
You have highlighted several critical issues:
1. The 'Wavy' Retaining Clip: The design of the adapter ring's buckle wings, which follows the factory adapter, if the clips hit the housing when installation accidentally, it can make it very difficult to keep level and secure without manipulating the clip. We recognize that asking customers to bend thin metal is not an easy solution.

2. Installation Complexity: We apologize that our videos and instructions did not prepare you for the level of difficulty involved, and we are very sorry the specific model video was not working when you needed it. We are reviewing and updating our instructional content immediately.
