This video will be featured on the official Lasfit YouTube Channel to help other truck, SUV, and off-road owners better understand the Lasfit 5-inch / 4.8-inch off-road pod lights.
Please focus on showing the real product experience, including unboxing, installation, interchangeable lens cover setup, lighting performance, beam pattern, color output, and your final thoughts.
Key message: One pod light body can create different beam patterns and lighting colors by switching to different lens covers.
1. Unboxing
Please film a complete unboxing section and clearly show what comes in the package.
- Full product packaging before opening.
- All included parts laid out clearly on a table or clean surface.
- Close-up shots of the pod light body.
- Close-up shots of the mounting brackets, bolts, wiring accessories, and other included parts.
- Close-up shots of the lens covers.
Please especially emphasize the interchangeable lens cover design. With one pod light body, users can switch different lens covers to get different lighting colors and beam patterns, such as white spot beam, amber combo beam, flood beam, or other available options depending on the selected SKU.
For example, if your selected SKU is LW05SP60W + LW05CV02A, it means you will have white spot beam from the original light setup and amber combo beam after switching to the amber combo lens cover. In this case, please show both lighting effects in the video.
2. Installation
Please film the installation process in detail so viewers can clearly understand how to install the pod lights.
You may choose the installation location based on your own vehicle setup. Lasfit pod lights can be installed on the A-pillar, front bumper, roof, or other suitable off-road mounting locations.
Required installation shots:
- The tools needed for installation.
- The selected installation location on your vehicle.
- How the mounting bracket is installed.
- How the pod light is attached to the bracket.
- How the pod light angle is adjusted.
- A close-up of the installed light after the bracket is secured.
- A medium shot showing the vehicle with the pod lights installed.
Lens cover replacement after installation:
- Show how to remove the original lens cover.
- Show how to install the replacement lens cover.
- Show a close-up of the new lens cover after installation.
- Show the lighting effect after the lens cover is replaced.
Please make sure the pod lights are securely mounted before driving or testing. For night testing, please choose a safe open area and avoid shining the lights directly at other drivers, pedestrians, or nearby homes.
3. Lighting Performance Demonstration
This is the most important part of the video. Please make sure the lighting effect is clearly visible.
A. Daytime Shots — Required
Please film during the day after the pod lights are installed.
- Close-up shot of the installed pod lights.
- Close-up shot from different angles to show the lens cover and housing details.
- Medium shot showing the full vehicle with the pod lights installed.
- Optional moving shot around the vehicle to show how the lights look with the full build.
B. Night / Dusk Open-Area Lighting Test — Required
Please film in a dark, open area such as an empty field, open road, trail area, campsite, or other safe off-road location.
Interior view from inside the cabin:
- Pod lights only.
- Pod lights + headlights together.
This helps viewers understand how much extra visibility the pod lights provide compared with headlights alone.
Third-person exterior view:
- Full vehicle with pod lights turned on.
- Full vehicle with pod lights and headlights turned on together.
- A clear view of the vehicle and the lighting spread in front of it.
Please avoid overexposing the video. The viewer should be able to see both the light beam and the surrounding environment.
C. Wall Beam Pattern Test — Required
Please show the beam pattern against a wall, garage door, or flat surface.
- Only turn on the Lasfit pod lights.
- Do not turn on headlights, fog lights, or other auxiliary lights.
- Keep the vehicle straight and centered.
- Film the full beam pattern clearly.
- Include close-up and wide shots if possible.
This part helps viewers clearly see the beam shape, cut, width, and color.
D. Multiple Lens Cover / Beam Pattern Demonstration — Required If Applicable
If you selected or received additional lens covers, please show every available lighting color and beam pattern in the video.
For each lens cover or lighting setup, please include:
- The lens cover before installation.
- The lens cover installed on the pod light.
- Daytime close-up after installation.
- Night lighting effect.
- Wall beam pattern test.
For example, if your setup includes white spot beam and amber combo beam, your video should show both the white spot beam lighting effect and the amber combo beam lighting effect. Please clearly label or mention each beam pattern and color in the video.

- Do you like the ability to change lens covers for different colors and beam patterns?
- Would you recommend the Lasfit 5-inch / 4.8-inch pod lights to other truck, SUV, or off-road owners?
