LASFIT Messaging Data Deletion Instructions

5DLIGHT INC. operates LASFIT Messaging for its authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. These instructions cover data processed through that integration.

Request deletion

  1. Email novia@lasfit.com with the subject “LASFIT Messaging data request”.
  2. Identify the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account and your username or another minimal reference that helps us locate the conversation. You may describe an approximate conversation date. Do not include passwords, access tokens, verification codes or unnecessary identity documents.
  3. We will acknowledge the request, carry out only the identity checks necessary to protect the information, and identify the records covered. We target acknowledgement within three business days and begin processing promptly.
  4. We will delete the copies we control that are no longer needed or must be deleted, and request applicable service-provider deletion. This includes relevant local reply drafts and approval records and, where applicable, retained Codex task content. We distinguish a deletion request sent to a provider from deletion that the provider has confirmed.
  5. We generally aim to complete deletion of copies we control within 30 calendar days of receipt, with shorter applicable legal or Meta deadlines taking priority. If a lawful retention exception, inaccessible device or provider dependency affects completion, we will explain the scope and remaining action.

Disconnecting the integration

An authorized account administrator can remove LASFIT Messaging through the applicable Facebook or Meta business integration settings. Revoking permission stops future authorized API access. It does not itself remove copies that were already held by an operator or service provider; please also make a deletion request if you want those records reviewed.

Scope of deletion

These instructions do not promise to delete the original messages or records that Meta or another participant holds independently. Their own controls and policies apply. We will minimize any data retained for a justified legal or security need and explain the basis when appropriate.
