These 9005 LED bulbs are specially made for Chevrolet Malibu 2016-2018 with OEM halogen 9005 headlight bulbs. They were developed based on OEM headlight housing for perfect matching and easy installation. The Unique Heat-Dissipation System
This custom LED kit is completely different from the standard LED bulbs in heat-dissipation system. Dual-cooling system design and the best heat-conducting structure.

Upgraded Heat-Conducting structure
The standard LED bulbs on the market use two aluminum substrates for heat-conducting. Transmit heat very slow and the output light effect is decreased. Dual-Cooling System
This LED kit was designed with two cooling system. One is the big dual-ball-bearing cooling fan, at the bottom of LED bulb. It could dissipate the heat quickly from the LED chips.

Moisture in both headlights the cape do not keep moisture out absolutely terrible product

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have recently encountered.

The moisture issue may be caused by the dust cover not being twisted completely and the temperature difference, usually happens on rainy days. It won't damage your headlight housing and our lights.
For this issue, please remove the external dust cover and turn the lights on for about 30 minutes till the moisture is gone completely.
Then please put the external dust cover back before turning off the lights, then it could be fine.
If the problem can't be fixed, please kindly let us know, and we will definitely help you out on this matter, thank you.
