These LED bulbs (Pro-CS-01L) were specially designed for 2019-2021 Chevrolet/Chevy Silverado 1500 with stock H11 halogen bulbs. The custom-fit dust covers are built-in turbo cooling fan to work with LED bulbs for quick heat-dissipation and protect the LED bulbs from water and dust. Besides, Lasfit released more high-performance LED bulbs to fit for Chevrolet Silverado 1500, front turn signal lights, backup lights, cargo light, license plate lights and front side marker lights.

2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss Custom

Purchased the PRO-CS-01L set for my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss Custom after speaking with Lasfit customer service. They GUARANTEED me that these LED bulbs would fit and not damage my truck, because they have “tested them on my exact model of truck.” Well, the LED bulbs DO NOT fit and they damaged the headlight housing of my NEW truck. My truck is only 1 month old and is now damaged. On the drivers side, when you go to turn the LED bulb to tighten it, the bulb backing will get right to the edge of the headlight housing and slip into the housing when it seats, causing extreme pressure on the 3 tab locking system and housing of the headlight assembly. So much pressure that it cracked the headlight housing and broke one of the locking tabs off of my trucks headlight assembly. A certified mechanic was installing my LED bulbs, so user error is out of the question. The back of the LED bulb (where the heat sink and fan is located, is way too big to properly fit within the space in the headlight assembly. I have contacted Lasfit customer service and asked for a complete refund and for them to cover reimburse/pay for the replacement of the headlight assembly on my truck, as it was caused by their product that they guaranteed would fit and not cause damage to my truck…still waiting for a follow up from them.

1. Considering your headlight assembly was broken and can't install the low beams, we just sent you a pre-paid return label, so you could return them for a refund.

2. Actually, it's our first time meeting such an issue on Pro-DC Series bulbs. These Pro-DC Series H11 LED bulbs are custom-made for a 2019~20 24 Chevrolet Silverado, normally, the headlight assembly will not be damaged during the installation, and we have not received a similar issue before. We have already forwarded the issue to the technical department for investigation.

3. After conducting a search on Google, we have found that this issue can possibly be resolved at an automotive repair shop. Therefore, we recommend that you visit your local automotive repair shop and seek advice from professionals regarding the feasibility of repairing the headlight assembly or if it needs to be replaced.

2024 Chevy Silverado: fan on the light was too big for me to get the light in there with my hand to turn it so unfortunately I had to return them. I’m sure smaller hands or more patience would have helped

Thank you for posting your review. Your feedback is very important to us!
For this fitment issue of getting the light in there with your hand to turn it , according to our previous experience, it may caused by the rubber O-ring, the rubber O-ring on the LED bulb could be a little bit too thick for the housing.
You could remove the O-ring from your factory halogen bulb and replace the one on ours.
After that, please align the 3 locking tabs to slots on the headlight housing, then twist them into place.

These custom H11 LED bulbs come with upgraded heat conduction and heat dissipation and a unique dual-cooling system that enhances durability and greatly prolongs the lifespan, so its fan will be a little bit bigger than other bulbs.
