Wrong mats sent

Ordered these mats for my 25 gmc Arcadia at4 love them ordered them for my daughters jeep g Cherokee L sent the wrong mats just want a replace with the correct mats but if you call customer service they have to send them an email you have to wait for 24hrs for respond they were supposed to send the right mats And email me a return for the wrong ones but they want me to pay shipping Idk it’s going to take forever to get replacement mats I have been doing this since Monday morning
