2014 Honda Accord Sedan H11/9005
Poor customer service. Claim 24 hour email response but I’ve sent 2 emails in 3 days and never got a reply, other than the request for this review. The teeth pattern on 2 of the 4 bulbs did not fit OEM. H11 fit fine but 9005(as labeled) is clearly different that what it is replacing. I’ve been unable to have someone answer their customer service phone line after numerous calls a wasted time on hold. Of course the recording suggests to email [****], again for 24 hour email response. In the attached picture, the blue o-ring with the 9005 tag is what is being replaced. Red o-ring is what was shipped. The 2 clearly don’t match.

Regarding the compatibility issue with the LCair9005 bulbs, the smaller teeh pattern(locking tabs) of LCair9005 bulbs is designed for a better installation, so they look smaller than the ones of OEM halogen bulb.
However, it looks like your 2014 Honda Accord needs the bulbs with bigger locking tabs like the LED bulbs you have.
