Finally got these installed after a lot of trouble as these are very difficult to fit into the housing. After getting them installed i noticed a little bit of flickering coming from both lights so just beware if you go with these headlights. I would definitely not recommend this brand.

We do appreciate that you could contact us about your trouble after installation and would like to clarify the situation as follows:
1. There are 3 locking tabs on the LED bulb, it should be no problem if you align them with the hole on the headlight housing, then twist them into place.
If these bulbs still can't be installed, the rubber O-ring on LED bulb could be a little bit too thick for the housing.
Please remove the O-ring from your factory halogen bulb and replace the one on ours.
After that, please align the 3 locking tabs to slots on the headlight housing, then twist them into place.
2. This is the normal issue happens on all the aftermarket LED bulbs, because LED bulbs are about 20-35w, they don't match the halogen bulb 55w, so you'll need canbus decoders to increase the power draw to trick the computer into thinking you are running halogen headlights.
To make sure you can use the LED bulbs without problem earlier, we will send the canbus decoders right away and expedite the shipping via USPS priority mail.

For a 2022~2024 Silverado 1500 WT/Custom/Custom Trailboss, the OEM halogen bulb is not in the center of the headlamp, which makes it harder for most LED bulbs to fit up there.
These LSplus series bulbs are the biggest bulbs in our store, so they will be a little difficult to install.
Here are the installation steps:
1. Disconnect the Plug, take out the halogen bulb
2. Align the 3 locking tabs on the LED bulb with the hole on the headlight housing, then twist them into place.
3. Make sure the correct direction is the LED chips facing side by side at 3 and 9 o'clock.
3. Connect the plug
We offer a 2-year warranty and lifetime service support on these 4th Gen LS Plus Series bulbs , so if you encounter any issues with our product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Not impressed at all. My LED fog lights are much brighter than these headlights. I reached out to customer service on Monday and still waiting for an email back so I can return these. Very disappointed!
