"I got a pair of these pods with the flood pattern specifically for use as chase lights/camping lights and I think they do the job great! I purchased the separate darker amber lenses as well and I love the look of them. They're plenty bright for my use, and I'm sure with the standard non-tinted lenses and spot or combo pattern they're even brighter. I've seen the spot pattern on another truck and they shoot light farrr down the trail! The other nice thing is they're built like tanks with full metal housings and durable powder coat. Even the wiring harness is very high quality. For the price I was seriously impressed!"
