    Note: If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient after you purchase it. We don't have this function to send a gift card to the recipient directly at the moment.
     

    Spending LASFIT eGift Cards
    How to use your e-gift card to make online purchases:

    At checkout, you can use more than one e-gift card at one time or a combination of a gift card and discount code and other payment methods such as credit card or PayPal.

    To use your e-gift cards online:
    For mobile users:

    1> During checkout you will reach the Information screen.
    2> Click "show order summary" at the top of the screen then enter the e-gift card code.
    3> As cards are added, you will see them appear in your Order Summary.

    For desktop users:
    1> During checkout you will reach the Information screen.
    2> Enter the e-gift card code at the right half of the screen.
    3> As cards are added, you will see them appear immediately.

    If your order total is less than the amount on your LASFIT e-gift card, the remaining amount will be available on your card for future purchases. If your order total is more than the amount on your LASFIT e-gift card, you will need to pay for the balance with additional gift cards or a credit/ card, etc.




    Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

    Your eGift Card balance does not expire and can’t be transferred to other accounts. eGift Cards are not reloadable and may not be redeemed for purchases made from the local physical store, at LASFIT resellers, for additional LASFIT eGift Cards, for cash (except as required by law),  or for shipments outside the U.S. eGift Card will be not available when there is no balance remaining on the card, they can no longer use it and will need to buy a new one. We don't offer shipment outside the U.S. for LASFIT products so please don't buy the gift card if you're not in the U.S.

  • Standard Policy 

    If you need to return one of our products, please return it to the place of purchase. Only products purchased directly from our Lasfit store in Ontario, California or from this website lasfit.com can be returned directly from us. As far as all warranty claims regardless of original purchase location, it will be handled by our California office.

    We have a 45-days return and refund policy.

    1. We will accept returns for any reasons

    2. If you request an RMA within 45 days of your purchase, a return shipping label/return address will be emailed to you.

    3. For quality and compatibility issues, please take a picture and send it to our customer service team.

    4. Return label should be used within 30 days

    5. Please allow up to 7 business days for refund to be processed and refunded to your account

    6. We will cover all shipping costs
