Package Protection Policies

If the customers add Lasfit "protect your order" service to their cart at checkout, their order will be under the protection of Lasfit. Check our package protection policy to ensure you will get your order in your benefit.

When to file a claim for my order issue

1. Lost item

·Packages presumed to be lost
An item is considered lost if it never is reported as Delivered. Package is considered "lost" after 5-14 days without a tracking status update.If the package is lost, please file a claim to protect your package.

·Only part of the items received
Please file a claim and describe your question, your case will be forwarded to Lasfit customer support team and resolved in 2-3 business days. Please remember to include photos of the item(s) you received, and the shipping label, shipping address of the package.

2. Wrong item/ Wrong address

·Packages labeled "return to sender"
Please file a claim and describe your question, your case will be forwarded to Lasfit customer support team and resolved in 2-3 business days.

·Receive wrong items for my orders.
Please file a claim and describe your question, your case will be forwarded to Lasfit customer support team and resolved in 2-3 business days. Please remember to include photos of the item(s), product label back of the box, and the shipping label, shipping address of the package.

3. Damaged order

If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we invite you to file a claim right away. Please remember to include photos of the item(s) and packaging. Damaged packages must be filed within 7 days from the date it was marked delivered.

4. Stolen package

The packages marked "delivered" but customer not received. It must be made no longer than 15 days when it was marked “delivered” to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Please file a claim to protect your package.

Cancel my order - What if I don’t want package protection?

If the order hasn’t shipping, Lasfit will refund the cost of order and order protection to our customer.

Return for a refund - Will I get my order protection back if I return the orders for a refund?

The order has been shipped, Lasfit is protecting your package. If the customer wants to return the package for a refund. The cost of the order will be refunded but the cost of order protection will not available to be refunded.

Note: "Protect your order" service will be protected by Lasfit. Lasfit reserves all right of final interpretation of the order protection rules, terms, and conditions.
