How To Change A LED Bulb On Your Tiguan:
Step 1 Open the hood. The bulb is located near the outer edge of the housing. The H15 halogen bulb is located near the middle of the housing. Step 2 Reach in behind the stock assembly and remove the black rubber dust cover. Step 3 Rotate the grey plastic the stock bulb holder/adapter and turn counterclockwise before pulling it out of the housing. Step 4 Reinsert the new LASFIT LED bulb into the housing and secure it in place. Step 5 Put the rubber dust cover back into place. Test the new light bulbs by turning on the light.

Our LED replaces halogen bulbs only. It does not replace HID or LED from factory.
Application: HID and LED bulbs are street legal in the USA for Fog Light use only. Not compliant with DOT / FMVSS108 and not street legal in the USA for Headlights. 2017 VW Tiguan
I purchased these bulbs (T-T15R) along with some others to upgrade my exterior lighting, and it all looks great....with one exception. The brake light bulbs are about 2 1/2 times larger than stock, so I am unable to properly install them. The bulb housing has an angled inner piece that doesn't allow the LASFIT bulb to seat completely inside it, therefore preventing the bulb base housing from being reinstalled properly into the main housing. Other than that, LASFIT has been able to provide all the LED lighting needs for both mine and my wife's cars. I will definitely continue to do business with them!

great company and great products. Seems to work really well, but install has been a challenge. Bulb goes in and seats, but the turn to align the LED straight up and down has been a challenge. They don't feel loose, but just not quite straight. removed silicone o ring, not any better. might try a dab of silicone on the contact points a lube??

Good light but have a slight tilt
The light output is phenomenal but after being screwed all the way in, the LEDs sit at a slight tilt, making an off-beam pattern. the chips sit at roughly 10 and 4, not vertical at 9 and 3.
