Note:
1. May not solve all compatibility issues, as the tolerances of each vehicle system differ.
2. We have two kinds of decoders: Load Resistor and Canbus Adapter. If you are not sure which one to buy, please feel free to contact us for support.
Waring:
During operation, resistors will get hot. This is a nature of resistor. It is hot enough to melt any plastic part they touch, including other wires. They need to be tap screwed or metal zip tied for sure.
Sometimes it is hard to find a proper place for resistors. Please check your car before purchase.
If you are not professional on installing and not confident to use this product, please do not purchase before doing research. Modification is troublesome. It is not bad to stay with factory halogen bulbs.
I won’t mention names but I called today and spoke to un named person in tech support. I gave him my info 3 times and still easy able to help me reguarding the connector to prevent error codes, finally after he said he didn’t know what bulb I had after I told him it was a h11 . I then hung up out of frustration. I then called customer service ad in 2 minutes he gave me the part # and that was it. FYI don’t call tech support

Wrote customer service prior to buying bulbs to make sure they would be error free for my vehicle model. I was assured they would be, and the price seemed right. However, after buying, and installing, they in fact do cause dashboard errors. But now they want $25 for decoders to fix this issue. Another $50 for 2 sets of decoders? No, thanks!
Customer service is a bit ill informed about their own products.

Since we understand that the error code could be caused after replacing aftermarket LED bulbs on German cars, we would like to wait for your address info and send the H11 decoders for free to fix it.
However, we didn't realize you have another Amazon order for H7 headlight bulb, which may make you think you need to purchase the extra decoder for them, we apologize for the confusion.
Please don't worry, we will send the decoders for H11 & H7 bulbs and update the tracking number in one business day.

Great quality, excellent service and the best product.
I was having a flickering issue with a set of new led bulbs on a ram 1500 and after contacting Customer service, they sent me these adapters and they fixed the issue. I’ve purchased serveral products from lasfit the last couple years and customer service has never let me down.
Fantastic product
I won’t mention names but I called today and spoke to un named person in tech support.
